Longevity Qi Gong

 

Purpose:

 

1. Stress relieve –relieve daily stress, to avoid stress accumulation, and furthermore to avoid diseases.

2. Improve immune system to prevent from sickness

3. Reduce body weight

4. Enhance vital energy

5. To enhance memories, prevent from mental diseases such as Alzheimer disease.

 

Technique:

This Longevity Qi Gong is a combination of Chinese Tai Ji, Qi Gong and meridian channel, organ function exercise.  It is a special designed Longevity Qi Gong.

 

Total 4 sessions, each is 30 minutes, or 2 sessions, each is 1 hour.
